SPARK is an online CRM, Marketplace and mobile service provided by LOCAL IGNITER INC., based in San Diego, United States. Venture, an additional offering within LOCAL IGNITER INC., functions as a subsidiary of REVIVAL FZCO, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
